Q1: What types of clothing does Aster Styles offer?
We offer a wide range of women’s clothing, including Embroidered Collections, Unstitched Fabrics, Ready-to-Wear, Printed Collections, Western Wear, and Fabric by the Meter.
Q2: Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Yes, we offer international shipping, including to Saudi Arabia, the UK, the USA, Canada, UAE, and more. Shipping charges vary by location and weight.
Q3: How long does delivery take?
5–12 working days (ready-to-wear), 15–25 days (stitched/customized).
Q4: Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Stitched or customized items and sale products are non-returnable.
Q5: What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept COD (within Pakistan), Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and international payments through Visa, Mastercard, and other secure gateways.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this ID to track your parcel on our courier partner’s website.
