Return & Refund Policy

At Aster Styles, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our valued customers in Saudi Arabia. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a customer-friendly return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility (KSA)

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product does not match the description or is significantly different from what was ordered.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or stitched articles (unless faulty)

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without tags, invoice, or original packaging

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange (KSA)

To initiate a return or exchange from Saudi Arabia:

  1. Email info@asterstyles.com with your Order ID, the reason for return, and photos of the product if damaged or incorrect.

  2. Once approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process via courier.

4. Return Shipping (KSA)

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer if the return is due to a change of mind.

  • Our responsibility: If the error is on our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.

5. Refund Policy (KSA)

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Product is out of stock.

  • Customer receives a wrong or defective product and opts not to exchange it.

Refunds are processed within 10–12 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • International Remittance Apps (e.g., STC Pay, Western Union, etc.)

Note: We do not offer refunds in cash.

6. Exchange Policy (KSA)

  • You may request a product exchange of equal value.

  • We will provide a digital voucher valid on your next order (non-refundable).

  • Shipping for exchange will be charged unless the issue is on our end.

7. Important Conditions

  • The returned product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or washing will not be eligible.

  • Please ensure the parcel is securely packed when returning to avoid further damage in transit.
